Tides of Tranquilty monday poetry potluck #22-love, bonds, relationships

Floating leaves
drifting on waves
sparkling tides move
bound by elements
laced together
Braided silhouettes … frozen

In evershifting harmonies

Waves washing away
rough outlines of weary
hearts focusing on
brilliant stars shining
in pinpoints of calmness
Captivating shapes … suspended

Bonds that unite
a realm of one

  4. For my taste, this is the way to write love poetry, Pamela. Your images/metaphors say so much in such an eloquent way. You are one of my favorites.

  5. I'm with lightverse the braided silhouettes is brilliant. The whole thing works well though, and in its quiet way has a deep effect. Well done.
