six-word memoir (of sorts) we write poems #16 six-word memoirs

The best advice I’ve ever given:

Adjustment takes some time: so relax

happens

Forty found a lump on breast

ridiculous

Family singing and eating: too much

gastronomy

Good friends spicy Mexican fish tacos

difficult

Strained relations need to lighten up

amazing

40 meters down side of mountain

sometimes

Laughter, smiles, happiness, live life today

wishes

Not always so when it’s cold

stupidity

Giving up and giving into anger

My life overall:

Happy satisfied I can’t complain really

  1. This is such an interesting prompt because I'm learning so much about the writers. Hope everything went okay with the lump.

    Like the new look, btw.

  5. Isn't that prompt a great way to make us reduce our lifes to the really important? And you have made it so very readable.

  6. Tillybud yes it is going to be interesting to read everyone`s take on this prompt. It did make me become a bit reflective I remember the day quite well when I found the lump which turned to be a benign cyst but it certainly did scare me.
