Pain comes in waves
That dance round poles
of opposite forces
It may rise and fall
swing on the sideways
tilt
Feel pain form inside
Released through pores sealed tight
crusted and deadened by respirations
stiff

flaubert,
ReplyDeleteYour words project the ultimate pain........
A very good 'feel' to express this Thursday Prompt, associated with Pain.
Eileen
so true, succinct and soft.
ReplyDeleteVery nice; great response to the prompt.
ReplyDeletePamela, you have really captured the feeling of pain here.
ReplyDeleteOh that tilt kills ya! Why do they make shoes an average of 2.5 inches across when the average woman's foot is 4 inches wide. I think men are the source, lol, although they'd never wear shoes that narrow! The pain is projected in your voice, Pamela! Excellent!
ReplyDeleteI love the tilt, and pain that dance round poles of opposite forces. It winds its way through... Well done!
